Frank Ward

Frank Ward has extensive work experience in various industries. Frank started their career in 2009 as a Mechanical Engineer at Globe Turbocharger Specialties, Inc., where they planned and oversaw the production of new products and improvements. Frank also assisted in drafting quality control standards and procedures.

In 2014, Frank became an Attorney at Law at Greer, Burns & Crain, Ltd., specializing in litigation support for trademark infringement and anti-counterfeiting lawsuits. Frank achieved six-figure settlements and multi-million-dollar judgments for clients.

From 2015 to 2016, Frank founded and served as CEO of NoToe Badger, LLC, where they developed a sound emoticon application for Android devices. Frank also programmed and designed the application.

In 2016, Frank became the General Manager at Globe Turbocharger Specialties, Inc., overseeing the production of industrial turbochargers and ensuring compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.

Starting in 2018, Frank worked as an Associate Patent Attorney at Sierra Crest Business Law Group, providing legal support in patent-related matters. Frank then joined The Law Forge as a Patent Attorney in 2019.

Finally, since 2020, Frank has been working at Hamilton Medical, where they started as a Manufacturing Engineer, overseeing the expansion of ventilator production lines. Frank progressed to become a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for additional production lines and coordinating changes with an international team. Currently, they hold the position of Engineering Manager, leading a team of engineers and rewriting procedures to comply with quality management systems.

Frank Ward began their education in 2002 at the University of Nevada, Reno, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Frank obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2008. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, Frank attended DePaul University College of Law, where they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Intellectual Property Law.

In terms of additional certifications, Frank obtained the IL Bar Admission from the ARDC: Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois in November 2014. Frank also acquired the NV BAR Admission from the State Bar of Nevada in May 2016, and in January 2014, they became a Registered Patent Agent through the USPTO.
