Marcel Bax has a strong background in the field of medical equipment maintenance and repair. Marcel started their career in 2002 as a Field Service Engineer at Gambro Renal Products, where they performed repairs, maintenance, and installations of various types of dialysis machines and water installations. Marcel also handled software and mechanical updates for chronic, acute, and peritoneal dialysis therapies. After working for Gambro for 12 years, Marcel moved on to Baxter International Inc. in 2014, following the acquisition of Gambro by Baxter. Marcel continued to work with medical equipment for treating kidney failure and focused on the acute care department. Marcel's role involved providing technical support for the Prismaflex machine, and they eventually became a Prismaflex Technical Trainer. Marcel then joined Hamilton Medical in June 2019 as a Field Service Engineer, specializing in respiratory ventilators. Marcel'sgoal is to deliver top-notch technical service for Hamilton Medical's equipment and ensure the highest level of support for users.

From 1981 to 1989, Marcel Bax attended LTS en MTS Nijmegen, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Upon completion of their studies, Marcel earned the title of Field Service Engineer.
