Phil Sheridan is a seasoned professional in real estate management with extensive experience in tenant representation and business development. Currently serving as a Partner at Hamilton Partners since March 2005, Phil previously held the position of Associate at Trammell Crow Company from 2002 to 2005, focusing on national clients and portfolio accounts. Earlier in career, Phil gained foundational experience as a Trader Trainee at DBS Partners, working with index options and equity pits at CBOE and CME. Phil holds an MBA in Real Estate Management and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, attained in 2008, and a BA in English & Economics from Bates College, earned in 2000.
