Rodney Hammond is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in merchandising and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Merchandising + Product Development at Caracole Home since October 2023, Rodney also holds the position of Merchandising and Strategic Advisor at Hamilton Perkins Collection. Previous roles include Director of Merchandising for Outdoor & Lighting at West Elm and various leadership positions at Raymour & Flanigan, Wayfair, The Levy Group, Amazon, and Bloomingdale's. Rodney's expertise spans e-commerce operations, merchandise planning, and business development, bolstered by a foundational education in Political Science from Hampton University. Additionally, from 2007 to 2014, Rodney contributed as an internship advisor for BRAG.
