Josh Spitza

Joshua Spitza is currently the Vice President of Operations at Hamilton Power Solutions. Prior to this, Joshua held the position of Director of Engineering & Operations at Trident Engineered Solutions. Joshua also has experience as an R&D Engineering Manager at Palmer Johnson Power Systems and has worked in various engineering roles at companies like Konecranes and Bradshaw Medical, Inc. Joshua began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Milwaukee School of Engineering, where Joshua completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. During their time at MSOE, Joshua was involved in a medical research project on the treatment of clubfoot.
