Kristen Walker

Kristen Walker is an experienced educator with a strong background in elementary and special education. Currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher at Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation since July 2020, Kristen has also taught First and Second Grades. Prior experience includes founding the Student Support Coordinator role at ACE Prep Charter School, where work focused on providing support for diverse learners. Kristen's career began in Chicago Public Schools, encompassing multiple positions in special education, where responsibilities included lesson planning, administering tests, and managing student caseloads of varying skill levels. Kristen holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Elementary and Special Education, along with an ESL certification from American College of Education.
