Lisa Perales

Lisa Perales has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa is currently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer/Account Executive at Hamilton Staffing Solutions since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Nursing Officer at Encompass Health: Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital from April 2019 to November 2020.

From July 2017 to February 2019, Lisa held the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Crotched Mountain Foundation. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Nursing/Director of Population Health Business Development from July 2015 to July 2017 and as the Vice President of Nursing from July 2010 to July 2015 in the same organization. In these roles, they managed a team of 150+ staff, oversaw strategic planning, special projects, budget development, and various programs related to patient care.

Lisa also gained experience at Monadnock Community Hospital where they held the position of Vice President/Director of Nursing/Director of Inpatient Services from 2004 to 2010. At Nashoba Valley Medical Center, they worked as a Manager for the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry/Pediatrics unit from 2003 to 2004.

Lisa'searlier roles include being the Director of Sub-Acute Services, Adult Day Health, and Infection Control at UMASS Memorial/The Highlands/Fairlawn Long-Term Care from 1999 to 2003, a Pre- & Post-Op Care & I.C.U. Staff Nurse at Florida Hospital in 1998, a Medical-Surgical & Telemetry Unit Charge Nurse/Unit Advisory Council Chair at Orlando Regional Medical Center from 1993 to 1998, and a Renal-Dialysis Unit Charge Nurse/Care Facilitator at Burbank Hospital from 1991 to 1993.

Lisa Perales has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University obtained before 2015. Lisa also has a Nursing Home Administrator License from the Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center, obtained before 2014. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Fitchburg State University, obtained before 2005. Lisa has completed ARNP Masters Program Courses at Andrews University and has a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Fitchburg State University. Additionally, Lisa has obtained various certifications including ACLS/PALS/BLS, APIC Infection Control Certification, Alzheimer's Train-the-Trainer Certification, and many others. Lisa also holds R.N. Licenses in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida.
