Julie Jensen has a diverse work experience. Julie started working at Central Community College-GI in 1993 as an Academic Success Center Coordinator. Julie worked there until 1999. In 2000, they joined Aurora High School as a Business Ed Teacher & FBLA Adviser and also started working at Aurora Public Schools as a Business Education Teacher. Julie held these roles until May 2020. In July 2020, they began working at Hamilton Telecommunications as a Legal Assistant.

Julie Jensen holds a Master of Science degree in Education with an IT Emphasis from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Julie also possesses additional certifications as a Microsoft Specialist in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, obtained from Microsoft.
