Kimberly Marolda

Kimberly Marolda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Hamilton Thorne Inc. since November 2022, Kimberly previously held the same title at Mahoney's Garden Center and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Optima Overnight. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager at Brilliant Earth and Store Manager positions at Jacadi and Second Time Around. Kimberly's career began at H&M, where departmental management skills were developed, and included leadership in event coordination at StoneFire Pizza Company.
