Eric Tracy has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Superintendent of Schools for Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District since July 2013. Previously, Tracy held roles as High School Principal and Director of Secondary Teaching and Learning, and as Principal of Wilmington High School. Tracy's leadership skills encompass managing large student populations, faculty supervision, data analysis for program improvement, and curriculum development. Significant accomplishments include the successful integration of technology in education, development of a five-year strategic plan, and improvements in MCAS proficiency rates in English and Math. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education Administration from Cambridge College and two Bachelor's degrees from Fitchburg State University.
