Joanna Wilkon

Joanna Wilkon is an experienced educator currently serving as a French Teacher at Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board since September 2019. Joanna has also worked with YMCA Canada in various roles including School Age Child Care Educator, Daycare float staff, and School Age Child Care float staff since September 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a French Tutor at Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board from November 2014 to June 2016 and as a Cashier at Fortinos Supermarket Ltd from October 2010 to February 2015. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Western University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in French Studies and Political Science from Glendon Campus of York University (2012-2017). Additionally, Joanna has pursued French studies at Université Savoie Mont Blanc and UQAM in 2015 and 2014, respectively.
