Philip Alfano

Philip Alfano is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background in teaching and various roles in labor and community engagement. Currently serving as an Occasional Teacher for the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board since April 2022, Philip also holds the position of Facilities and Community Engagement Administrative Assistant at Wellwood since September 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Data Entry Clerk at the City of Hamilton during the COVID-19 vaccine clinic, and roles in construction and labor, where notable experience was gained as a Health and Safety Representative with Toronto Zenith and as a Crew Leader with EllisDon. Philip holds a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University, a Master of Education from Brock University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from McMaster University.
