Tim Bruss has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industries. Tim started off as a Construction Management Intern at Turner Construction in 2004. In the same year, they also worked as a Project Manager at M Gordon Construction Co. Tim then gained experience in real estate investment as a Real Estate Investment Intern at Northwestern Investment Management Co., LLC in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Market Research Analyst at Greenbush Urban Solutions LLC before becoming a Real Estate Associate Intern at Sierra Maestra Properties. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at Hamilton Zanze, a company they joined in 2009.
Tim Bruss obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from Lafayette College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Tim then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Design at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, completing the program from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, Tim completed an MBA specializing in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics at the Wisconsin School of Business from 2007 to 2009.
