In this position, they were responsible for schedules, payroll, group sales, and overseeing the operation of the hotel. During their time there, they achieved several accolades, including the Marriott International Awards for Highest Guest Satisfaction Score and the Platinum Circle Award. In 2016, Carla joined Hamister Group, LLC as the Regional Director of Operations for Hotels.
Carla Thaller attended King's College from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in One Yield version 2 revenue management from Marriott International.
