Lars Lauge Pedersen is an experienced maintenance and project manager with a career spanning over three decades in engineering and technical management. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at HAMLET PROTEIN since January 2014, Lars oversees project leadership and execution for both national and international projects, ensuring effective planning and coordination of maintenance activities. Previously, Lars held roles such as Senior Project Manager and Technical Manager at HAMLET PROTEIN, and has significant experience as Sales Manager and Commissioning Engineer at Union Engineering a/s, along with project management roles at Alfa Laval Scandi Brew Copenhagen a/s and ABB Electric.
