Nathan Hill

Nathan Hill is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Lead Civil Engineer at Snowy Hydro Limited since November 2023. Prior to this role, Nathan worked as a Senior Civil Engineer at AGL, focusing on Ash Dam Management, and held multiple positions at Fulton Hogan, including Acting External Plant Engineering Manager and Site Civil Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed structures and utilities construction. Nathan's background also includes a role as Project Engineer for Rio Tinto on the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Project and experience as a Reserve Combat Engineer in the Australian Defence Force. Nathan’s career began at Rio Tinto Coal Australia, progressing from a Vacation Student to Project Supervisor and Project Manager, and earlier experience includes a senior sales position at Coles. Nathan holds a Master of Project Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Newcastle.
