Amanda Goya

Amanda Goya has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Amanda is currently working as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Hamlyn Williams since July 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions of Principal Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at the same company. Amanda also worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Hamlyn Williams from March 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Hamlyn Williams, they worked at Staff Smart, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and Associate Recruiter. Additionally, Amanda has experience as a Weight Room Supervisor at UCSD Recreation and as a Development Team Intern at The Vision of Children Foundation, where they were responsible for fundraising and event planning.

Amanda Goya obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Health Psychology from UC San Diego. Amanda attended UC San Diego from 2015 to 2019 and graduated from the program. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in October 2018.
