Diaz Dixon has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various sectors, including animal welfare, healthcare, and youth services. Currently serving as the Area Representative for Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop for Guys in Nevada and Idaho while owning SHOOT360 franchises in Denver and Dallas, Diaz also operates Performance Driven Consulting, LLC. Previous roles include System Vice President at CommonSpirit Health, focusing on social justice and health equity, and Chief Executive Officer at Eddy House, dedicated to supporting homeless and at-risk youth. Diaz served as Maddie’s Advisor for External Affairs and Partnerships at Human Animal Support Services, emphasizing the importance of keeping families together with their pets. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s in Social Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
