Phil Price

Phil Price is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the commercial analysis, project management, and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Analyst - Development at Hammerson since July 2022, Phil leads financial modeling and analysis across development opportunities in the UK and Ireland, representing a gross development value of £6 billion. Previous roles include Associate at Arca Blanca and Senior Project Manager at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, where Phil contributed to establishing the London office.
