Pj Galvin

PJ Galvin is an experienced retail professional currently serving as the Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Manager at Hammerson since June 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing partner success through the Brand Experience Survey. Prior to Hammerson, PJ held various key roles, including Head of Retail at Crate and Barrel, where oversight of the total brand experience was essential, and participation in the omnichannel project team for the GCC website launch. Experience at Selfridges spanned multiple leadership positions, including Sales Manager for the Home Division, managing a large team and achieving significant sales growth. Earlier roles at Molton Brown and Gap Inc. involved successful store management and developing high-performing sales teams. PJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Drama from Brunel University London.
