Shannon Slamon

Shannon Slamon currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hammerspace, starting in August 2024. Prior to this role, Shannon was a Senior Principal at Wells + Associates from January 2023 to August 2024, specializing in executive coaching and employment law. Shannon also held the position of Vice President of Global Human Resources at OpenX from January 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading the organization’s people strategy and overseeing various aspects of talent management and development. From January 2015 to January 2021, Shannon was the Vice President of People at Sharethrough, focused on implementing comprehensive total rewards programs and establishing executive team initiatives. Additionally, Shannon contributed as an Advisory Board Member at STRIVE Benefits, enhancing healthcare management for employees.
