Chris McSwain

Chris McSwain is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Tree Brand Packaging, Chris also founded Human Resources Engineering (HRE) Strategies, delivering customized human capital management solutions. Previous roles include Director of People and Organization at Husqvarna Group, Vice President of Human Resources at both von Drehle Corporation and NGK Ceramics USA, and senior HR positions at Yadkin Valley Bank & Trust and Coca-Cola Consolidated. Chris holds a Master of Science in Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Theology from Gardner-Webb University.
