Scott Latter, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Hammes Partners since January 2024, a private investment platform specializing in the U.S. market. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Senior Vice President in Capital Markets & Asset Management at The Alter Group from August 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included raising debt and equity for development projects and structuring joint ventures. From March 2012 to August 2019, Scott worked as Vice President at EnTrust Realty Advisors, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization of various asset types for real estate investors. Scott's earlier career includes an Office Manager and Sales role at State Farm Insurance Agency, where responsibilities ranged from managing accounting systems to marketing strategy development. Scott earned a BBA in Accounting as well as in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business, graduating in 2009.
