Deborah Czmiel

Deborah Czmiel has a comprehensive work history in finance and accounting. Deborah began their career at Landauer, Inc. in 2010, where they held roles as a Staff Accountant & Treasury Specialist and a Finance & Treasury Specialist until 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at ITS Technologies & Logistics as a Treasury Accountant / Project Management Accountant, followed by a role as a Senior Accountant and Treasury at ITS Technologies & Logistics, LLC in 2017. In 2017, they also worked as an Assistant Controller at Hunter Douglas Metals, LLC. Deborah then joined Illinois Retina Associates as an Accounting Manager from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they serve as the Business Manager at the Hammond Academy of Science and Technology, and they will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer from July 2023.

Deborah Czmiel attended Purdue University Calumet from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they completed a Certified Treasury Professional program at Northwestern University in 2016.
