Heather Gusz began their work experience in 1997 as an Accounts Payable employee at Engel Canada Inc. Heather then transitioned to a role as an Intermediate Accounting Clerk at Hammond Power Solutions in 2007, where they continue to work.

Heather Gusz completed their Grade 12 education from Wexford Heights in Scarborough, Ontario from 1968 to 1972. Additionally, they pursued studies in Business & Accounting from Wexford in Scarborough, Ontario during the same time period.
