Mike Bates

Mike Bates has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike began their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Technologist at S&C Electric Company in 2000, where they designed customized tooling, managed manufacturing projects, and provided production support.

In 2003, Mike joined Icynene as a Technical Service Representative, where they served as a corporate training coordinator and provided technical support for US customers. Mike also troubleshooted and maintained hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.

In 2004, Mike joined Hendrickson as a Technical Service Manager, where they were responsible for application engineering for commercial vehicle suspensions. Mike also managed Canadian technical service operations.
