Mutyalu Annem

Mutyalu Annem has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Mutyalu began their career at Tata Group in 1991, where they held various roles in the textile, telecom, and oil exploration sectors for two decades. In 2008, they joined Primus Retail Pvt. Ltd as National Head HR, where they successfully managed compliance with labor laws in multiple states and resolved labor-related issues across India. Mutyalu also implemented a compliance calendar and ensured timely remittance and audits. In 2011, they joined Metahelix Life Sciences Limited as National Head HR, where they implemented successful initiatives for succession planning, talent acquisition, and compliance. Mutyalu reduced vacancy turnaround time significantly. Subsequently, they joined Unimag Power as Vice President Human Resources in 2013. In this role, they created and achieved a shared vision for the organization, led a major restructuring program optimizing manufacturing plants in India and Canada, and spearheaded HR strategy for multiple group companies. In 2018, they joined Family Health Care as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they designed policies and processes related to workforce, conducted training, managed compensation, and ensured compliance. In 2022, they joined Hammond Power Solutions as the Head of Human Resources.

Mutyalu Annem's education history begins with a Bachelor of Laws degree in Insolvency from Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University in Chennai, which they earned from 1986 to 1989. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR & Marketing from A M Jain Institute of Management. Moving forward, Annem obtained a Diploma in Training and Development from the ISTD in 1998. In 2013, they received an advanced certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the Centre for Excellence at Mysore University. In 2015 and 2016, Annem studied at XLRI Jamshedpur, where they pursued an ECP in Human Resource Management. Finally, Annem completed a degree in Human Resource Analytics from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Annem earned a certificate in "The Science of Well-being" from Yale University in September 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in "Human Resource Analytics for Practitioners" from Manipal ProLearn in February 2019.
