Raju Das

Raju Das has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Raju began their career in 2000 as an Assistant Manager in the International Sales department at Larsen & Toubro. In this role, they focused on developing low voltage switchgear products and expanding the market in Bangladesh.

In 2008, Raju joined ABB as a Sales & Marketing Manager for the Low Voltage Systems Business. Raju was responsible for sales and marketing of ABB LV panels in the Eastern and Northern regions of India. During their time at ABB, they received the Diamond Appreciation award for achieving an OI of 220 MINR in 2009-10. Raju also held roles as a Project Manager, where they managed projects in the eastern region, and as a Team Leader, managing a team for LV panels and MV products in the eastern region.

In 2019, Raju joined Stelmec Limited as the Regional Sales Head for the East region. Raju was responsible for sales and marketing of the entire MV switchgear product range, as well as overseeing revenue and collection for the region. Raju also played a role in team management and process development.

In 2022, Raju moved to Hi-Tech Systems & Services Ltd. as a Senior General Manager for Sales & Marketing. Raju developed strategies for the marketing of Dry type transformers, handled digital marketing, and focused on market development for principle companies like Moeller, Pfisterer, and Hivotec.

Currently, Raju is working at Hammond Power Solutions as the Regional Head for the East region, a position they started in 2023.

Raju Das has a diverse education history. In 1984, they attended WWA Cossipore English School until 1994, where they did not obtain a degree or field of study. Raju then pursued their XII education at St. Xavier's College from 1994 to 1996, specializing in Science. Following this, from 1996 to 2000, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur. In 2011 to 2012, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, completing an Executive General Management Program with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Raju has obtained two certifications, including Marketing Strategy: Competitive Intelligence in November 2022 and Executive Leadership in November 2020, both from LinkedIn.
