Salvatore Giannetti III

Mr. Giannetti has been a Partner of PennantPark Investment Advisers since 2007, where he focuses on originating, structuring and managing investments. Mr. Giannetti has worked in the investment banking, syndicated loan, credit, workout and private equity fields. Mr. Giannetti started his career at Chase Securities Inc. and its predecessor firms, Chemical Securities Ltd. and Manufacturers Hanover Corporation. He was also a Managing Director at Banker's Trust Company/Deutsche Bank USA and UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Giannetti serves on the board of directors of ETX Energy, RAM Energy, PAS Technologies, American Gilsonite Company and EnviroSolutions. Previously, he served on the board of directors of New Gulf Resources and Universal Pegasus International. Mr. Giannetti resides in Houston, Texas and holds a BA from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from The Mason School at The College of William & Mary.
