Ted Dallas has extensive work experience in the oil industry. Ted started working at CITGO Petroleum in 1998 as a SAP Project Specialist and then became a Senior Account Manager in 2000. In 2011, they joined Hampel Oil Distributors Inc. as National Sales Manager, overseeing the management of sales for the Commercial, Industrial, and Automotive Division. Ted was later promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2017.

Ted Dallas has a diverse education history. In 1984, they completed high school at Moore High School. Ted later attended Northeastern State University from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing. In 2014, they enrolled in Wichita State University and completed a Mini MBA program at the W. Frank Barton School of Business, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, Ted Dallas has obtained certifications from the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE). In 2018, they received the STLE CLS Certification and the STLE Oil Monitoring Analyst 1 (OMA-1) certification.
