Hampshire County Council
Robert Carr is the Director of Corporate Operations at Hampshire County Council and also serves as the Head of Finance. Prior to his current role, he was the Deputy County Treasurer at Southampton City Council. Additionally, Robert has also been the Joint Head of Finance for various organizations including Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service and Hampshire Constabulary. He attended Merry Oak Boys School from 1977 to 1981.
