Ashley Mitchell

Ashley Mitchell currently serves as the Interim Head of Finance at Hampshire Cultural Trust, a position held since December 2025. Prior to this role, Ashley worked at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as the Head of Financial Accounts on a fixed-term contract from April to October 2025. From May 2023 to April 2025, Ashley was the EMEA Financial Controller at Britax Child Safety, while also acting as the EMEA Head of Finance and Accounting. Additional experience includes various interim financial roles at Blatchford, including Interim Group Systems Accountant and Operational Finance Manager, as well as significant tenure as Finance Controller at Parker Meggitt. Previous roles also include Senior Project Accountant and Management Accountant at Dynniq and TallyGenicom, respectively, along with interim positions at AWE and PC Cox. Ashley holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 1997 and 2000.
