Valerie Mayo

Valerie Mayo is an experienced professional in educational and hospitality settings. Currently serving as an After School Group Leader at Hampshire Regional YMCA since April 2024 and a Waitress at Big Night Entertainment Group since January 2023, Valerie has developed strong interpersonal skills. Previous roles include Classroom Observer at Leeds Elementary School, Preschool Intern at Boston Outdoor Preschool Network, and various positions at CBS Sporting Club, including Waitress/Hostess. Valerie also gained experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Burgess & Hayward and a Function Server and Assistant at The Salvation Army Wonderland Camp & Conference Center. Valerie is pursuing a Master’s in Elementary Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, following a Bachelor’s in Education from the same institution.
