Megan Aspray

Megan Aspray is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, having served as Strategic FP&A Manager at Hampton Lumber since September 2024. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at Lattice Semiconductor from September 2019 to September 2024, including Senior Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included financial modeling and performance reporting. Earlier roles at State Street involved key support in global strategy, accounting operations, and M&A due diligence, as well as guiding the development of strategic plans. Megan's academic background includes a Master’s in International Management and a Bachelor’s in International Business from Northeastern University, complemented by international studies at Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
