Steve Zika

Steve began his career at Hampton over 20 years ago and has served as CEO since 2003. As CEO, Steve has made “finding a better way every day” a way of life at Hampton, from the operations to the commitment to land, people, and community. Steve is a native of Portland, Oregon where he stayed to raise his own family. He is an alumnus and consummate fan of Oregon State University.
