Michael Evans

Michael Evans serves as the Director of Business Intelligence at Hampton Roads Alliance since July 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held several positions at the City of Virginia Beach, advancing from Management & Budget Analyst to Budget & Policy Analyst III between September 2019 and July 2023. A tenure at the City of Hampton as a Management & Systems Analyst lasted from January 2019 to September 2019. Michael gained experience as an Implementation Specialist at ADP from May 2017 to January 2019 and completed a student internship with the U.S. Secret Service from November 2016 to April 2017. Michael holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy and Economics from William & Mary.
