Following this, they enrolled at Walden University in 2007 and is currently a PhD Candidate in Organizational Psychology, a program they have been involved in until 2017. Alongside their academic pursuits, Elizabeth has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2022, they received a Professional Coach Certification from the 3D Coaching Academy by CoachWhizz. Prior to that, in 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, as well as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. In 2021, they also acquired a Certified Federal EEO Investigator/MD 110 certification from AMEDIATE LLC.

Hampton Roads Community Health Center (HRCHC), formerly known as Portsmouth Community Health Center, Inc., opened its doors as a federally qualified health center on May 14, 1995, in Portsmouth, Virginia, with two doctors, one family nurse practitioner and eleven clinical support and administrative staff. Clinical services include but are not limited to the following: - Treatment for both acute and chronic illnesses such as diabetes, stroke, hypertension, diet and nutrition - Women’s health services - Family planning services - Prenatal care and postpartum visits - Pediatric well baby, immunizations and school and sports physicals - Preventive dental and restorative care for adults and children - Medication Assistance Program for prescription drugs - On site laboratory testing - Case management services
