Ivan C. Cely

Ivan C. Cely is an experienced Tunnel Surveyor currently engaged with Hampton Roads Connector Partners and VINCI Construction on the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Projects since March 2024. Previously, Ivan held the role of Senior Project Surveyor at Colliers Engineering & Design from February 2023 to March 2024 and served as a Shift Engineer at Tutor Perini Corporation during the Los Angeles Metro Purple Line Extension from August 2021 to February 2023. Ivan's extensive background includes various positions as Project Surveyor at Colliers Engineering & Design, Maser Consulting P.A., and Triangle Surveying & Mapping, along with a tenure as Tunnel Surveyor for Bouygues Civil Works Florida. Ivan Cely earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics Engineering from Florida Atlantic University between 2008 and 2012.
