Bruce Husselbee

Bruce Husselbee has over 27 years of experience as the Director of Engineering for the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD). Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at HDR Engineering, Inc. and as a Project Engineer at Kamber Engineering.

Bruce Husselbee has an extensive education history. Bruce earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Engineering from Old Dominion University. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from The George Washington University, graduating in 1989. Before pursuing their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The George Washington University in 1984.
