Gayle Sneed has over 40 years of experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at HRSD since March 2008, Gayle evaluates, troubleshoots, and resolves hardware and software issues while installing and configuring necessary systems. Prior experience includes nearly 30 years at The Atlantic Group as a PC Support/Lan Admin I, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Gayle began career as a Computer Operator at Hampton Roads Welding Supply, managing backups and generating reports from the mainframe. Gayle completed education at the Providence School of Business in 1973.

Welcome. Since HRSD's inception, there has been one overriding mission -- to protect public health and the waters of Hampton Roads by treating wastewater effectively. HRSD returns treated effluent to nature in a way that will continue to nurture our water's delicate ecosystems. HRSD's workforce of scientists, engineers, water quality professionals and other staff know they must be sensitive to the needs of people and also be sensitive to the plants and animals who rely on our ability to protect their habitats.
