Jacquie Harrison has over a decade of experience in systems analysis and project management, currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at HRSD since June 2012. Prior to this, Jacquie held the position of Sr Financial Systems Analyst at TEKsystems, where custom software programs and queries were developed for the Coast Guard Financial Center. As SR Operations Manager at XeServices, Jacquie managed databases and applications for various operational systems, while earlier experience as a Project Developer at Spirit Cruises included significant contributions to high-priority projects such as accounting software migrations. Jacquie holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from the University of South Florida and various certifications, including a Gamification Certificate from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Digital & Computer Forensics from Champlain College.

HRSD returns treated effluent to nature in a way that will continue to nurture our water's delicate ecosystems. HRSD's workforce of scientists, engineers, water quality professionals and other staff know they must be sensitive to the needs of people and also be sensitive to the plants and animals who rely on our ability to protect their habitats.
