Virginia Opp, PE, Assoc. DBIA, currently serves as a Project Manager at HRSD since March 2023. Prior to this role, Virginia Opp worked as a Civil Engineer at AECOM from 2015 to March 2023 and as an Engineer at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, from 2013 to 2015. Virginia Opp earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, completing the program between 2008 and 2012.
