Amanda Rafferty has over a decade of experience in operational leadership and program management within the workforce development sector. Currently, as Senior Director of Operations at Hampton Roads Workforce Council since May 2012, Amanda has held various roles including Senior Director of Federal Programs and Director of Youth Programs. Previous experience includes serving as a Relief Counselor at Seton Youth Shelters. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, both from Old Dominion University.
