Stacey Daniels-Fayson

Stacey Daniels-Fayson currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Hampton Roads Workforce Council, providing strategic oversight for Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources Departments, while focusing on business process improvement and financial transparency. Previously, in roles including Vice President of Finance and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Stacey led significant financial operations, managed a large public housing portfolio, and was instrumental in implementing a comprehensive budgeting process. Earlier experience includes serving as Controller for both the City of Richmond and the Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority, overseeing extensive financial activities and budgets. Stacey holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Virginia Union University.
