David Glover

David Glover has a diverse work experience that spans several decades. David began their career in the US Army as a Military Police Officer in 1982 and worked in that role until 2009. During their time in the Army, they also served as a Command Diversity Officer from 2004 to 2009. Following their military career, Glover worked at IPatriots as the President from 2010 to 2013. David then transitioned to Hampton University where they held the position of Chief of Police starting in 2011.

David Glover attended Kecoughtan High School for their secondary education. After graduating, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice at South Carolina State University from 1976 to 1980. Later, in 2003-2004, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies from the Army War College. Subsequently, in 2004-2005, they completed their Master of Science degree in Public Administration at Troy University.
