Renee Cromer

Renee Cromer currently holds the position of Assistant Professor of Psychology at Hampton University, beginning in January 2025. As a Learning and Development Consultant at Amplified Strengths since January 2017, Renee has optimized students' learning experiences in software engineering through proactive communication and teamwork. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor of Social Work at Fresno Pacific University and Learning and Organizational Quality Trainer at Western Governors University, where expertise in project management and organizational development was utilized. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Hampton University and a Learning and Development Specialist at California State University, Fresno. Renee holds a PsyD in Organizational Development from Alliant International University-Fresno, a Master of Education in College Student Affairs and Counseling from Azusa Pacific University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
