Vincent Culpepper

Vincent Culpepper currently serves as the Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Hampton University, where responsibilities include organizing offensive game plans and implementing recruiting strategies. Previous experience includes directing lacrosse operations at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and coaching Harlem Reign LC with recognition as the 2023 NLA Coach of the Year. Vincent has also contributed significantly to Cairn University as the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach, establishing the first Division III program and coordinating various academic and athletic initiatives. Early career roles featured positions as an Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach at Wabash College, a Financial Aid Officer at Central State University, and multiple coaching roles in high school football and lacrosse. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington and is pursuing an MBA at Cairn University.
