Sean Quirk

Sean Quirk is an accomplished lacrosse coach and entrepreneur with extensive experience in coaching and athletic administration. Currently serving as the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Springfield College and the Director of Elite Lacrosse/Peak Goalie at 3STEP Sports, Quirk has built a reputation for providing student-athletes with exceptional recruiting exposure. As the founder of Elite Lacrosse and Director of Peak Goalie, Quirk has pioneered training programs and events that cater to players at various levels, fostering skill development and leadership. Quirk’s notable positions include Head Lacrosse Coach and General Manager for the Cannons Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League, as well as Head Lacrosse Coach and Director of Player Personnel for the Boston Cannons, where Quirk led the team to a championship victory and earned Coach of the Year honors. With educational credentials from Springfield College, including a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education, Quirk also contributes to the academic field as an Adjunct Faculty member at Endicott College.
