Jeff Cairney

Jeff Cairney has over 15 years of work experience in sales, business development, and management roles. Jeff is currently the Chief Sales Officer at Hampton Water Wine Co. and served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at McBride Sisters Collection Wines from 2020 to 2021. Previously, Cairney worked for Delegat Limited from 2009 to 2020 in several positions including VP of Sales, Business Development, VP of Sales, On-Premise National Accounts Team & Off-Shore Manager, Business Planning Manager, and Commercial Analyst. Before that, they worked as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group and as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co. Cairney's areas of expertise include business strategy, financial matters, marketing, sales, and team management.

Jeff Cairney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Economics from Claremont McKenna College from 2005 to 2007. Jeff also studied International Political Economy at The London School of Economics and Political Science for a year in 2005. Prior to that, they had completed Philosophy and Economics courses at the University of California, Riverside from 2002 to 2005.
