Liz Deering

Liz Deering is an accomplished Learning & Community Strategist and Executive Coach with extensive experience in both consultancy and leadership roles across various organizations. Since founding Impact Haven in 2016, Liz has provided coaching and facilitation services, further extending expertise to Hampton, RevHubOC, and Music to Life in facilitating group dynamics and community engagement. In previous leadership roles such as COO at Ensemble Therapy and The Un.Inc, Liz drove operational development and innovative educational programs. With a background in marketing from Goodwill Industries and account management at Springbox, Liz combines creative and strategic skill sets to empower diverse initiatives. Liz holds degrees in English Literature from the University of Michigan and Graphic Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and is currently pursuing certification in Executive Coaching through Coach Training EDU.
